Who Receives SMS Messages

  • Only restaurant staff who explicitly enable SMS alerts
  • Messages are sent to a phone number provided by the restaurant

When SMS Messages Are Sent

  • Only for high-severity (red) feedback
  • Not for neutral or positive feedback
  • Not for marketing or promotional purposes

Message Content

SMS messages may include:

  • Table number
  • Issue category (e.g., service, food)
  • Short guest comment (if provided)

Consent

By enabling SMS alerts and providing a phone number, restaurant users consent to receive operational SMS notifications related to guest feedback.

Opt-Out

Restaurant users can disable SMS alerts at any time from their dashboard settings.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on guest activity. There are no automated marketing messages.
